The problem is that your employees don’t always have access to their phones or computers; they could very well be doing their jobs. Therefore, not everyone will be able to read or respond to a message you’ve sent them, so it’s up to you to find a way around that.
Studies have shown that employee interaction can prove beneficial to any business, and in retailing, that translates to increased sales. You just have to figure out how to do it effectively, and when you do, your employees will thank you.
